Mumbai Chapter : 4th Annual Family Get-together at Hotel Orchid Terrace

Family is like branches on a tree; we all grow in different directions, yet our roots remain as one ! How very truly we feel this sense of belonging to one great institute every time we come together to celebrate the Annual Family event.

As the New Year made its way through the cold winter, there was a warm ‘Hello’ from IIMAAA (Mumbai) to come with family and join for fun-filled entertainment ! The open terrace, overlooking the airport, provided one of the best venues to create sweet memories with family members to cherish in future. Time to reminisce joyful episodes (from campus or corporate) and relive the beautiful moments spent with alumni friends.

The kids had barely any time to spend with their parents – so engaged they were playing the games and prancing around with newly made friends. The game-host ensured that parents were equally involved in every action of the children (and at times, not necessarily their own kids)!

With enthusiastic participation and energetic support from alumni, every interaction becomes a special occasion. We hope this joyful spirit keeps glowing forever!

….. and a few words from our dear admirers ……

Well managed and perfectly organized meet for IIM Alumni with their families. Kids were involved with fun activities and that gave some free time for parents to meet their friends and families. Food menu picked up for this event was also thoughtful as it had everything what kids love to eat.

Also I liked the initiative (IIMA Alumni Spouses Association – Mumbai) that they are planning to take which would help families of IIM Alumni in building their own network.

Overall, as a family attending the event for the 1st time, we all had wonderful experience and look forward to attending more such kind of events in future.
