2^nd annual get together of family and committee meeting held on Feb 2018: It was well attended by majority of the members following points were debated and discussed and we arrive at the following consensus,

• The bank account opened in Jaipur by the treasurer and net banking facility would be maintained by Mr Rajat Bora.
• The activity grant chart for the chapter would be prepared for the entire year
• Prof Vyas requested to utilize his wide range of contacts to propagate the chapter
• A meeting of the chapter with IIM-U to be explored
• 2 members to formally represent the chapter

The meeting ended with the vote of thanks to all with special mention to Mrs. and Mr. Agarwal for graciously holding the meet. The following members were present at the meeting Executive committee members,

Chapter participated in the SKIT meet; Mr. OP Agarwal delivered a talk:

• A facilitation ceremony to award the children for the class 10 and 12 was organized and dresses distributed to the needy children along with the gifts by the IIMA-Jaipur President Mr. OP Aggarwal . The Pratibha Samman Samaroh organized presided by Prof. Vyas. ( snap 2 and 4)
• Rajat Bora, Treasurer organized a fantasy trip for the under privileged children. ( snap 3)

Dr. Prof Vyas delivered a talk on the oration of Udai Pareek at the RIPA institute in Jan 2018
