The objective of the book ‘Data Decoded: A GenZ Guide to Business Analytics’ is to enable GenZ from varied backgrounds to decode the ‘World of Analytics’ in a simple manner. The book would be a perfect fit for institutes, colleges and universities who would like to introduce ‘Basics of Business Analytics’ or ‘Analytics for Business’ course during the first or second year. In order to promote independent learning and help the instructors assess the students, assessment questions and case lets are included in the book.
Author Bios

Dr. Meera Suresh, Guest Faculty in the area of Business Analytics, holds a Ph.D. from Bharathidasan University and MCA from Delhi University. She has completed the Executive Post Graduate Programme from IIMB. Meera is passionate about education and believes in fostering an engaging and collaborative learning environment. Her goal is to empower students with the knowledge and skills required for success in their academic and professional journeys.

Dr. Lakshmi Shankar Iyer, Area Chair of MBA-Business Analytics specialization at CHRIST University, holds a Ph.D. in Electronic Governance and a PG Diploma in Data Science from IIIT, Bangalore. She has 16 research articles, six book chapters and eight case study publications, including one in Harvard Business Review. She has been recognised as one of the top eleven academicians in Post Graduate Programs in Data Science by Analytics India Magazine in 2022.
