Jarsh Safety founded in 2016, is a maker of smart industrial safety equipment. “One of the Hyderabad-based company’s products is a lightweight helmet with a built-in air conditioner, which has been worn by Indian traffic police to protect them from the summer heat. Jarsh Safety also makes helmets for construction workers that give audio alerts on the status of their harness hooks. The company raised $500,000 in seed funding from investors including Mumbai Angels late last year,” the magazine noted.
