The case titled “CredIn – Lending the Last Mile” was awarded the Best Case Award at the EDII Case Competition 2026, organised by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad, from 5–7 January 2026.
Written by Dr Hetal Dipen Vyas, Dr Sneha Shukla, Dr Prabhakaran J, Mr Lloyd Serrao, and Ms Krupa Desai, the case was recognised under the theme “Fostering Entrepreneurial Learning through Real-World Cases”. The competition was held under the aegis of the Centre for Research in Entrepreneurship Education and Development (CREED).
The authors are alumni of the 45th Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Pedagogy and Research Methods for Management Teachers, conducted at IIM Ahmedabad during April–May 2025. The award underscores the impact of practice-oriented case writing and reflects the strong pedagogical foundation fostered through IIMA’s faculty development initiatives.
