About the Authors
Arvind N. Agrawal is an IIMA PGP 1973, PhD (IIT Bombay). After a career in HR, marketing, and as a CEO, he is now a Master Certified leadership coach.
Usha Sunderarajan is an IIMA PGP 1973 and has a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from IIT Delhi. She consults in the area of HRD and OD.
