About the Author

Shrikant N Pangarkar has postgraduate qualifications in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Mumbai and Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He has more than 37 years of experience in various functions and types of industries in India, and has about 14 years of consulting experience.

He has identified collaborators, completed technology transfer, developed markets and products, built the factory, successfully established the business in the new factory, and worked as Executive Director and CEO of a multinational company.
