A two-day Alumni Association meeting was organised at Amity University Rajasthan facilitated by Dr. Amit Jain Alumni & Vice-Chancellor Amity University Jaipur on Aug 31- Sep 1, 2024. Around 20 Members accompanied by their family members participated in the event.

Upon arrival, all participants were greeted with an assortment of snacks and welcome drinks. Dr. Jain commenced the meeting with a warm welcome, setting a positive tone for the proceedings. He took the opportunity to introduce each of the members, fostering a sense of familiarity among the participants.
Following the introductions, all attendees were guided on a comprehensive tour of the campus. The tour highlighted the institution’s lush, green surroundings, which provided a refreshing and pleasant backdrop. Participants had the chance to explore state-of-the-art laboratories equipped with the latest technology, as well as advanced shooting ranges, showcasing the institution’s commitment to excellence in both academic and practical training facilities. This tour not only familiarised the participants with the campus but also underscored the high standards and resources available at the institution.
The meeting was focused on ensuring successful operations and planning for future chapter meetings. The President, Mr. O.P. Agrawal outlined plans to secure funding for future events and activities. To foster greater participation, members were encouraged to submit ideas and suggestions for next year’s operations.

It was decided that Mr. O.P. Agrawal would oversee the coordination of fundraising efforts for upcoming events.
The cultural program that wrapped up the evening was a captivating highlight, offering a delightful array of performances that entertained and engaged the attendees. Complementing the entertainment, the evening also included a selection of delicious food, meticulously prepared to satisfy diverse tastes. This culinary offering not only delighted the participants but also served as a catalyst for interaction. As members enjoyed the delicious dishes, the relaxed dining setting facilitated networking opportunities, allowing attendees to connect more meaningfully and strengthen relationships in an informal, enjoyable environment.
On day two, the schedule commenced with a trek through the scenic Neem forest, allowing participants to connect with nature and enjoy the tranquility of the environment. This was followed by a refreshing yoga session that offered relaxation and rejuvenation.

A delicious and hearty breakfast was then served, providing the necessary energy to fuel for the golf tour that followed.
The meeting was a success, providing valuable insights and creating opportunities for collaboration among IIMA Jaipur Chapter members. It facilitated productive discussions and strengthened connections, enhancing the chapter’s collective efforts and future endeavors. The program was well-received, with attendees expressing their gratitude for the hard work of Dr. Amit Jain and the Amity University Rajasthan team in organizing the event.
The date for the next chapter meeting will be announced once the proposed activities have been finalized.
